The decision to step into this work wasn’t a career choice; it felt more like a personal calling. After years of working for large corporations in high-pressure environments, I started to feel cynical and detached. I often felt constrained, far from my core values: candour, creativity, curiosity, impact, and fun. I realised my passion lay in something deeper: the opportunity to help earlier stage, scaling businesses and experienced yet conflicted individuals overcome uncertainty and break through the barriers that hold them back.
Whether it’s guiding teams through complex transitions or helping individuals unlock their next career step, I find my purpose in connecting the dots and creating clarity amidst chaos. What excites me every day is the potential to create and transform. I wake up energised by the idea of partnering with a new business leader or coaching client, knowing that together we can turn challenges into opportunities and confusion into growth. I hold a Master’s in Organisational Psychology, a certificate in Applied Neuroscience, and I'm a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and Co-Active Coach in training.
