My idea behind The Culture Principle was driven by a singular vision: a deep-seated desire to reshape the landscape of business leadership. With a curious mind, a hands-on mentality, and a commitment to lifelong learning, my mission now extends beyond orchestrating change; it's about empowering leaders and their teams to forge ahead with confidence and purpose.
I am based in Bath, UK but consider myself a digital nomad. My corporate career and personal travel experiences have taken me to over 50 countries worldwide and I continue to enjoy working with people from all over the world.
